KMSOffline is a new activator from Ratiborus, which can activate Windows XP-11, Server 2008-2022, Office 2010-2024.

** Program requires .NET Framework 4.5. **

Activation is performed either from the embedded KMS-Service, or from a server on the network.

Advanced startup parameters (keys)
/ win = act - Run the program in hidden mode , activate Windows and exit the program.
/ ofs = act - Run the program in hidden mode, activate Office and exit the program.
/ nosound - Run the program in stealth mode, activate without sound effects.

- The program did not display correctly at DPI greater than 125%
