In this quick class, I'm going to show you how to take a stock image with existing designs and turn it into a blank canvas that you can use for your own mockups using Adobe Photoshop. So, let me start out by saying that I have ACTUALLY used the methods here in a real life job situation. I once worked on a unique challenge for a children's brand. They needed to create a catalog for their upcoming collection, but the products weren't quite ready yet. Since most of their clients found it difficult to visualize the products from drawings, I repurposed photos from their previous collections. By erasing the old designs and replacing them with the new prints, I created a catalog that gave their clients a clear and exciting preview of what was to come. And the line was a success!
