For this third edition the authors added a number of problems and examples. They kept the relative order of the problems for practice in the previous editions (where the problems were ordered by increasing difficulty, even though this is of course is very subjective), the new problems for practice are therefore always at the end, which does not necessarily mean that they are very difficult. Similarly, we added about two or three new examples in most chapters, and corrected a number of typos.

This book is a great resource for students training for advanced national and international mathematics competitions such as USAMO and IMO.
