Installation:
1. Install (if not installed previously) from the root of windowsdesktop-runtime-8.0.0-win-x64.exe (Microsoft .NET Desktop Runtime 8.0.20 - Windows x64)
2. Install ArcGISPro_36_197382.exe, DO NOT RUN the program, then Patches > ArcGIS_Pro_361_198430.msp | ArcGIS_Pro_362_198429.msp.
3. Copy AfCore.dll >> C:\Program Files\ArcGIS\Pro\bin
4. Next, install optional add-ons from the Data and Content folder, language packs from the Language Packs folder, and Ru offline help Ru\ArcGISProHelp_36_ru_197419.exe
