Server Install
Server Update installer will block installation with a message pop up asking user to close the 'Job Dispatch' service and/or IIS worker process when installing Update.
Known Issues
Client
- Multiple Revit application processes seen when user opening multiple files. User can have the cad application running before doing a multi-select file open from vault client. PDM-49163
- TXT files opens with 15 sec delay when using opening multiple files from Vault. PDM-49086
- Multiselect and open is not working for Solidworks files. PDM-49084
- Fatal error seen and Open and Batch Description actions fail for AutoCAD dwg files. The required fix is from AutoCAD side. PDM-49194
Add-ins: Inventor
- When using the Open drawing from Vault command from the context menu in the Inventor Vault Add-in for a modified and checkedout file, a "Confirm File Replace" dialog appears. If the user clicks "Yes," the local modified file is replaced by the released version from Vault, leading to the loss of all unsaved modifications upon the subsequent Check-in operation. To prevent data loss, do not click "Yes" in the "Confirm File Replace" dialog. PDM-49265
Add-ins: Inventor: Content Center
- When attempting to Copy a Custom Content Center library on the Vault Server, the error: "This library cannot be copied; it's partition cannot be updated to any other partition" appears. This issue is observed when the library's partition is an older Inventor version than the target partition, or when attempting to copy the library to the same partition version. As a workaround use the Inventor Library Transfer Guide to transfer the library from the Vault Server to a local desktop, create a new library, and then transfer the new library back to the Vault Server. PDM-49323
Vault Connector
- Attaching very large size files (size > 1 GB) from Vault to Fusion manager items fails. PDM-47750
- Incorrect error message is seen when user tries to sync Item, without setting up the Vault Connector mapping. PDM-47670
- When the user syncs the parent and child items together at once - this results in failure to create an items in Fusion Mange. As a workaround - user can select the error Item and resync again. PDM-47832
- The hyperlink in the Paragraph field within the Fusion Manage Panel does not open with single click. User can use double click to open the link. PDM-48829
- 'Sort' is not working in the 'Task Planning' tab within the Fusion Manage Panel. PDM-48829
'Notes' displayed under the Notes tab in the Fusion Manage Panel do not follow the sequence as shown in the Fusion Manage tenant. PDM-48829
Error 283 is seen, when a non-synced item is deleted, and the Vault client is refreshed without selecting any item.
- Workaround: To avoid the error, ensure an item is selected before refreshing the Vault client after deleting a non-synced item. PDM-48771
- Enabling a Vault Connector setting is not possible if the user account lacks direct access to all Vaults. Indirect access-such as through group membership-is not recognized.
Workaround: Ensure that all Vaults available on the ADMS are explicitly listed under the user account's Vault access permissions to enable the setting successfully. PDM-48784
- Unable to open the Item linked under the Attached To field in the Related Attachment section of the Fusion Manage Panel. PDM-49227
- When opening the Fusion Manage Panel, a user assigned only Document Editor Level 2 receives a permission error dialog upon clicking a file that has Delete Deny permission. PDM-49241
- Back button from Fusion Manage panel error message does not work if 'View Items' is not permitted. PDM-49286
- Fusion Manage panel does not update to latest Item revision from fusion manage after user refresh. User can click on another Item then select back the Item. PDM-49404
- Connector Sync task failed with error "An item with the same key has already been added" when Item has same attachment with different version. Note : if the file is attached as a single instance in any version, the item syncs successfully. PDM-49447
- Untranslated string appears in the Fusion Manage page when using PTB/CHT languages. PDM-49455
- Unwanted strings appear in the Fusion Manage Panel when using PTB/CHT languages. PDM-49191

- Resolved the issue where Description command for item in change order did not load the associated files to Description manager. PDM-49667

- Resolved issue that caused an error when performing a Get operation for a historical version of a file that had a dependency in the Trash Bin. PDM-50598
Copy Design
- Resolved issue where Copy Design failed with the message "You do not have adequate permissions to perform this operation. Contact your administrator" on a specific database. PDM-50102

- Resolved issue where the released item could not update the secondary file link after installing Vault 2026.2 PDM-49860
- Resolved an issue where non-Admin users encountered Error 303 when changing item status on a specific lifecycle. PDM-49897

- Resolved issue that caused Error 1013 when changing the Category, State, or Revision of a parent file that had a child file in the Trash Bin. PDM-50575
