Overloud TH-U is an amp simulation and guitar processing platform that combines amplifier modeling, amplifier capturing, and advanced impulse-response processing in a single plug-in. It provides a large selection of guitar and bass amplifiers, cabinets, pedals, rack effects, microphones, presets, and tools for building detailed signal chains for studio production and live performance.
The software supports captured rig models and external cabinet impulse responses while providing flexible routing, MIDI control, and amplifier customization. Its sound engine combines analog emulation with Fluid Convolution and ReSPiRe 2 cabinet processing to provide detailed control over the response and character of guitar and bass setups.

Software Overview
TH-U Premium includes 89 guitar amplifiers, 4 bass amplifiers, 50 guitar cabinets, 2 bass cabinets, and 84 pedal and rack effects. The cabinet section provides 18 microphone models with support for using up to four microphones on each cabinet, while the preset library contains more than 1,000 presets covering a broad range of musical styles.
The Rig Player provides 20 factory rigs and can reproduce rig models created by capturing real-world setups. The software also includes a dedicated bass preset bank, a built-in convolver for loading external guitar cabinet IRs, and a flexible sound chain with a split point for parallel processing.
