Born in 1967, Digweed's journey into music began at the tender age of 15, propelling him to prominence in his hometown of Hastings. His early claim to fame was the orchestration of legendary raves on Hastings Pier, featuring performances luminaries Carl Cox, The Prodigy. In 1993, Digweed trajectory skyrocketed mixtape demo sent to Geoff Oakes, founder Renaissance nightclub, caught attention of DJ Alexander Coe, better known as Sasha.
