OpenTunnel Designer (OTD) 2024.00.01 contains the enhancements and error corrections mentioned in the following paragraphs.
I. Enhancements
1. Modeling - Added option to model shotcrete for TBM tunnels. The shotcrete should be modeled as one single part between the theoretical excavation shape and the extrados.
2. Modeling - The limitation of tagging rock bolts only if the geometry was intersecting the theoretical excavation shape has been removed.
3. Reports - Construction Scheduler - Improved the speed of generating the report.
4. Reports - TBM-UTR - Improved the speed of generating the report.
5. PLAXIS Interoperability - The shotcrete element for TBM tunnels is now transferred to PLAXIS.
6. Miscellaneous - Added Microstation 2024.00.02 tech preview features
II. Error corrections
1. Modeling - Fixed an issue with solid creation when the length of the profiles was not equal with the length of the alignment.
2. Modeling - Fixed an issue where when the user modifies a perforator having diameter/length equal with the section length of the tunnel, and the perforator edges touches both edges of a tunnel section, the cut doesn't work.
3. Modeling - Fixed an issue where cell type auxiliaries are not placed correctly on tunnel transition.
4. Modeling - Fixed an issue where auxiliaries are not placed correctly on tunnel transition if the placement method has been chosen as "Custom" for extrusion.
5. Reports - Fixed an issue where excavation subspaces can't be seen in Quantities Report if a material has not been assigned to the element.
