The plan seemed dandy and everything, but as I was on the last leg of the trip I came into some car trouble. Luckily for me, it happened to be in front of a motorcycle club with some decent people who offered to help me out. I knew I was going to have to stay there for a few days. There wasn't any way around it.

What I never expected was to like the President of the motorcycle club. But, I did. He was a decent man, and after a while we began to bond over the crap we'd both been through.
