[]You accept that you may not use the forum to defame others, share inaccurate information, send offensive or vulgar messages, harass other users, or share content that violates the personal rights of others or Hungarian law. Spam, flooding, advertising, chain letters, pyramid schemes, and solicitations are prohibited.
   []You understand that the forum operators are not able to confirm the authenticity of messages. We do not review every posted message and are not responsible for their content. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the information published on the forum. In the event of illegal or objectionable content, the operators will take action without delay after receiving a report.
   []Messages posted reflect the views of their authors and do not necessarily represent the opinions of the forum, its operators, or its owners. If a message appears objectionable, you may notify an administrator or moderator. Immediate deletion or editing of messages may not always be possible.
   []You take responsibility for the username chosen during registration and agree never to share your password with others. You may not use another person’s identity for any reason. For security reasons, we recommend using a strong and unique password.

   []User data is stored in an encrypted and secure manner on the forum server and is not shared with third parties.
   []Registrations may be deleted from the database at the request of an administrator, and users may also delete their accounts via profile settings.
   []Administrators and moderators reserve the right to remove, modify, move, or close any topic without providing justification.

   []It is prohibited to present content created or manipulated by artificial intelligence (deepfake, fake documents, AI-generated profile images, etc.) as real. Such content may only be shared if its AI origin is clearly and visibly indicated.
   []It is prohibited to use usernames, avatars, or signatures that are offensive, violate public decency, or contain political, sexual, religious, or violent content. In such cases, moderators may remove them without prior warning.
   

Chatbox Rules:

1. []Flaming (arguments) is not allowed in the chatbox. Please resolve disputes privately or on another platform. If you do not stop the argument after being instructed by an administrator, a ban will be applied.
   []Racist statements, political content, or remarks inciting ethnic conflict are prohibited. Remarks related to religion, skin color, ethnicity, or philosophical conflicts, or those that provoke such conflicts, are also prohibited and will result in immediate banning without warning.
   []Advertising other websites in the chatbox is prohibited.
   []The chatbox is intended for conversation and mutual assistance. Avoid unnecessary or meaningless messages.
   
2. Do not thank uploaders in the chatbox, as it is unclear what you are referring to. XXX-related websites may only be posted with a +18 label after the link.
   

Private (PM) Messages:

1. []Advertising via PM (Private Message) without administrator permission is prohibited and will result in immediate banning.
   []Private messages (PM) may be automatically deleted by the system after a specified period of time or due to inactivity, in accordance with data protection policies. This applies to both incoming and outgoing messages.
   

Moderation:

1. []Posts and topics that violate forum rules will be deleted without separate notification.
   []If a user violates the rules and moderators must modify their topic or post, the affected user will receive a warning, the reason for which will be sent via private message.
   []After a warning, penalty points automatically take effect. The penalty points are as follows:

     []Unauthorized advertising: 2 points
     []Disrespectful behavior: 3 points
     []SPAM: 5 points
     
   []Points may accumulate; the severity is assessed by the moderators. Points are always assigned based on moderator discretion.
   []Based on accumulated points, the following ban durations apply:
   • []1 penalty point: Warning only
     []2 penalty points: 1-day forum ban
     []3 penalty points: 7-day forum ban
     []4 penalty points: 2-week forum ban
     []5 penalty points: 1-month forum ban
     []6 penalty points: 2-month forum ban
     []7 penalty points: Permanent forum ban
     
   
   []Users may reduce their penalty points by uploading content and providing assistance.
   

Signatures:
Signatures may contain images with a maximum size of 350x120 pixels (Image + Text). For VIP and Uploader members, this limit is increased to 400x200 pixels. Larger signatures will be removed.
Editing Topics and Posts:

1. []Existing similar topics will be merged.
   []Topics that do not match the forum’s content will be moved.

1. []Moderators may edit posts that are extremely uncivilized without altering the original meaning.

Deleting Posts:

1. []Posts may be deleted if they restrict others’ freedom of expression, contain threats, personal attacks, defamation, violations of human dignity, harassment, or insults, include an unacceptable tone, or are empty or accidentally duplicated.
   []Posts that disrupt or hinder civilized and continuous discussion may also be deleted, including requests and chatting in download forums.
   []"One-word" replies used systematically may result in resetting the user’s post count.
   []Posts intended solely to provoke arguments.
   []Unauthorized publication of personal data, such as name, workplace, address, or position.
   []Intentional flooding and advertising.
   []Pyramid schemes and chain letters (even if free).
   []Opening a new topic despite an existing upload.
   

Upload Rules:

1. []Links must be placed within code tags.
   []Search among existing topics before opening a new one.
   []Specific linking rules for uploads can be found on the main page of the relevant section.
   []Cam versions and pre-DVD releases are prohibited, including those with cinema audio.
   []A new movie may only be uploaded if it is not already available on the forum.
   []A cover image, video information, or a YouTube trailer must be attached when opening a topic.
   []Title format example: "Nagyi szeme fénye (Grandma's Boy) (2006)". It is strictly prohibited to include any other data in the title.
   []Download links must point only to the downloadable content and must not redirect to other sites. The use of link redirecting services is prohibited.
   
2. Linking from file hosts that require registration is prohibited. In the case of unauthorized data publication, downloads from https://data.hu[/URL ] are allowed only for users with a premium account, and the uploader must write the following text directly under the code tag: "These links can only be downloaded by users with a [URL]https://data.hu[/URL ] premium account!"
