Description : Emperiametal tool Continuing our experimental journey into custom instruments, we have another gem that will bring your unusual musical desires to life. This is EverWave .
After months of design and almost a year of development, our luthier (string instrument maker) presented us with this magnificent masterpiece. The EverWave is a unique instrument weighing over 45kg that required a lot of passion and preparation. It was created from scratch and then brought into our studio where we installed microphones on all sides of it. The result is an amazing library that sounds completely unique.
EverWave was recorded using all kinds of techniques. Due to the complexity of the instrument, we decided to sample it until it broke, which is exactly what happened in the end.
Each note required almost 30 minutes of tuning, and at one point the pressure became so intense that the instrument broke! However, the result is an absolute delight for the listener. You will feel like you are transported to other worlds, because this instrument will fit perfectly into both an epic composition and a soft atmosphere.
After recording, we created a huge number of multi-velocity loops. With over 40 GB of content, losslessly compressed to 18 GB, this instrument represents a new era of sampling, where we explore new frontiers of sound.
