Added mod destinations for each trancegate.

Increased accuracy of shuffle in arp / sequencer.
Improved performance re-opening editor.
When pasting layer, optionally allow all oscillators to be duplicated.
When copy / paste oscillators or layers, also copy / paste all associated mod matrix entries.
When deleting a layer or oscillator, delete all associated mod matrix entries.
Main arp pattern can now be copied to/from the layer arps.
Added 'paste layer' to routing page background popup menu.
Added 'paste layer & oscillators' to layer header buttons.
Next/prev buttons in impulse, shape and oscillator now respect selected folder in sample browser.
