The InfoWorks WS Pro 2026 release is all about making integrating with different tools easier than ever, increasing your modeling capabilities. Demand Watch is now fully integrated within InfoWorks WS Pro, eliminating the need for a separate installer, server, or interface. You'll now be able to create demand forecasts automatically and directly apply them to IWLive baselines. All these configurations and results are stored within the InfoWorks WS Pro database, making version control a snap and simplifying data management. IWLive Pro is also now installed alongside InfoWorks WS Pro, simplifying the configuration and setup process without requiring a separate installation. InfoWorks WS Pro users can deploy and test IWLive models with demand forecasting using the Operator Client, which allows simulation of operational changes - such as pipe bursts and valve isolations - within IWLive Pro. This provides real-time insights into the impact on the network and affected customers, enhancing confidence in the models configured from InfoWorks WS Pro.

Customer Points
The "Demand by Category" and "Customer Points" grids did not always show the correct customer points. This is fixed.
Result Variation
There was an issue in some less stable models where there could be discrepancies in results on repeated runs. This is fixed.
Cloud databases
Networks in cloud databases with more than 8000 commits could not be opened. This is fixed.
Ruby
Transactions in controls were not rolled back in Ruby scripts if the Ruby script crashed. This is fixed.
Runs in explorer tree
When right-clicking a run with no network, an error message was displayed. This is fixed.
Standalone databases
Standalone databases could not be updated without the Workgroup Data Server. This is fixed.
Selection List
The "Open As..." option was sometimes incorrectly disabled on the context menu for a selection list in the explorer tree. This is fixed.
Missing Hydrant Curves with Cloud Managed Multi-run
There was an issue where hydrant curves were not always available for a cloud managed multi-run. This is fixed.
Copying to Cloud Databases
Sometimes, copying from a transportable to a cloud database would fail, especially if the transportable had been copied to the cloud before. This is fixed.
ODBC Live Data Adaptor
When using a database schema, the columns in the database table were not appearing in the dropdown in the live data feed table. This is fixed.
File Geodatabase
Updating from a File Geodatabase in the Open Data Import Centre did not always work properly. This is fixed.
