Tartalom:

Sean Archer FBI-ügynök (John Travolta) élete legőrültebb akcióját hajtja végre, amikor orvosi beavatkozással arcot cserél gyűlölt ellenségével, a kómába esett Castor Troyjal (Nicolas Cage). A megszállott ügynök így próbálja kiszedni a kegyetlen terrorista öccséből, hová rejtették a várost fenyegető bombát. Csakhogy időközben az arc nélküli Troy magához tér, és bosszúra éhesen Archer arcával távozik a kórházból.
