Bug Fixes

• Fixed an issue related to text objects and dimensions not aligning when imported to DGN.
  
• Addressed a bug related to thesetting in the User.xml file, which caused tool dialog boxes not to display in OpenRoads SignCAD after transitioning between different working environments.
  
• Resolved a bug related to the import of DGN files into OpenRoads SignCAD 2023, where an outside arc for the U-turn arrow in a DGN file is displayed as a circle.
  
• Fixed issues related to heavily nested Arrangements and crashing when using Undo.
  
• Corrected an issue with SignCAD To DGN Dimension Settings>Scale Mode>Specify Text Size.

• Enabled the ability to scale DGN or SGN files upon import to OpenRoads SignCAD.
