What has actually changed:

• Additionally added one file and one registry key to block the unfortunate notification.
  
• The "Adobe Unlicensed Pop-up Blocker" rule, which was part of the old blocking method, has been removed from Windows Firewall.
  
• Removed all Adobe related entries from the hosts file that were part of the old blocking method.
  
• In Task Scheduler, the "Adobe Pop-up Blocker" task, which is part of the old blocking method, has been disabled.
  

ATTENTION! Be sure to reboot your computer after installation is complete!!! If you do not do this, the notification will not be blocked!
NOTE! In the Task Scheduler, the "Adobe Pop-up Blocker" task is disabled for a reason, not deleted. If you enable the task again and reboot the computer, the old blocking method will be restored to the way it was. I specifically left this option in case the new method fails. Well, you may well have other Adobe programs for which this is the only way to block the ill-fated notification.
