[*] I could make money from it! She explained that rather than being the one to consistently spend my hard-earned money on buying from others, I could start baking and selling to others too!

The last reason stuck!! While I didn't learn cake baking to sell cakes, I learned cake baking for a wider purpose, to teach people how to become a cake guru like me!
