You can compile your apps for both Windows 32 bits and Windows 64 bits from your Windows 32 bits or Windows 64 bits. So from any Windows you can get your app compiled for both Windows 32 bits and Windows 64 bits.

DecSoft HTML Compiler don't shown to the user any interface element. But this is fine, because then your application looks exactly as you wanted, without any undesired interferences!
