+ Skin Editor: many more colors can now be edited, including the header, macro dials, keyboard and arpeggiator, with fixes for colors not applying or reverting correctly.

* Dials now pause briefly at useful values instead of snapping to them, and the layer and oscillator transpose dials stop at octaves.
* Shift-dragging a dial is now always smooth for fine tuning.
* Better mouse wheel behavior for stepped dials on trackpads.
* The Windows installer and uninstaller are now fully code-signed, so they no longer get blocked by Windows security policies (error 4551).

- Fixed a crash when loading certain samples.
- Fixed "Asym" and "Fold" causing noise when Unison is enabled.
- Fixed user-created folders not being removed properly.
- Fixed loading a skin changing the size and spacing of the built-in fonts.
- Fixed the Impulse waveform being almost invisible when no audio is playing.
