The Hastasoft HTML editor is for purists and users who prefer full control over the HTML pages they create. You'll primarily work in a powerful source editor. It comes with sample templates that create attractive homepages entirely without JavaScript but using modern HTML 5 (this will give your site a higher security rating and potentially improve its search engine rankings).

Markdown symbol: Markdown support: You can also create your text in Markdown format; the file will be automatically converted to HTML.

However, you always have an overview of your page, whether in split view or preview in a separate window. Here's a screenshot of the split view (pressing the F5 key refreshes the view at any time; pressing the F6 key displays it in a browser of your choice):

Main window

On the left side is the navigation pane, where several main and sub-panes are available (such as a list of homepages and files from the currently edited website). The "Current Page" tab has several subtabs for navigation (list of objects on the current page). A list for inserting HTML snippets, a list of CSS snippets, a list of suggestions for page design errors or improvements, etc.

In the center is the editor area, where you edit your HTML or CSS text. The editor provides you with extensive features for editing, searching and replacing, and navigating within the document. From the editor, you can display specific elements in the HTML page view, and vice versa, you can jump from the HTML page view to the corresponding location in the HTML text.
