Separate MIDI Pass-through Toggles - MIDI Notes and CC pass-through to the next plugin in the chain can be turned on or off separately in Settings

Improvements
Voices playing in Varispeed mode show a dotted outline on their pad label
Varispeed now defaults to off, and the Tape Start/Stop and Slip Reverse controls are always visible instead of hiding when Varispeed is off
Free Slice Edges now defaults to ON

Bug Fixes
Ejecting a deck now also resets Tempo Sync, the HP and LP filter slopes (12 / 24 dB), and Resonance Flip on the engine
