The second part of the Blasphemous series promises you a new meeting with the Penitent, whose story will continue in Wounds of Eventide, a free add-on to the main game. The Heart of Heaven announced the return of the Miracle and predicted the birth of an unusual child! Denied eternal rest and awakening in an unfamiliar land, the Penitent One finds himself caught in an endless cycle of life, death and rebirth. Now he must explore a dangerous new world and uncover long-forgotten secrets. Along the way, you will encounter hordes of nightmarish enemies awaiting punishment, and creepy giant bosses will wait in the darkness to send the Penitent back to his grave. Defeating them won't be easy, but everything is in your hands: in Blasphemous 2 you can choose and improve your own set of skills, as well as get new unique weapons. Explore an augmented non-linear world. Waking up on an unfamiliar land, you again begin your journey through the terrifying and enchanting Gothic spaces, full of dangerous traps. How you navigate this confusing world is up to you: there are no wrong turns, just settling scores.
