gSyncing is a user-friendly and reliable software utility whose main function resides in helping you synchronize your Google account calendar and contacts with the ones in Outlook, being able to work with the same data, regardless of the one you favor on a particular occasion.

The application experiences a brief and uneventful installation process, after which you can launch it and begin configuring your synchronization preferences.
By default, gSyncing runs minimized in the notification area, resorting to a user interface to allow you to modify its functioning parameters.
Swiftly synchronize your Google and Outlook contacts and calendar entries
For starters, you need to input the Gmail address that you intend to work with and 'Authorize' it, in order for the utility to be able to access and process the information stored in your account.
Subsequently, you can select the Outlook profile and choose a 'Sync Direction', be it 'Two-Way (Merge)', 'One-Way (Outlook -> Google)' or 'One-Way (Google -> Outlook)', depending on your particular needs.
Moreover, you can define an 'Auto Sync' interval, ranging from as little as five minutes to as much as 24 hours. Optionally, you can disable this feature and run the operation on demand, by clicking on the 'Sync' selection in the system tray menu.
The program can synchronize both your 'Calendar' and 'Contacts', but you also have the possibility of using only one of these two options, by unchecking the corresponding box.
